Refund Policy

This policy covers credits you buy from [legal entity name]. It sits alongside the Terms of Service.

Within 14 days

You can ask for a refund of unused purchased credits within 14 days of purchase. Email invite@thoughtwake.com from your account address. We refund the unused share of the pack to your original payment method.

What is not refundable

• Credits you have already used.
• Credits that have expired (they expire 12 months after purchase), except where the law requires otherwise.
• Free credits, such as starter or granted credits. They have no cash value.

Refunds and chargebacks remove credits

When a payment is refunded or disputed with your bank, we remove the matching credits from your balance. If some of those credits were already used, your balance goes negative until you add more credits.

Service problems

If the service did not work as it should, tell us. We may refund at our discretion, even outside the 14 days.

How long it takes
